The short version
We collect what we need to ship you a pouch and send you an email when you ask for one. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertising brokers. We keep it for as long as we need to run the business, and we delete it when you ask.

What we collect
Order information. Name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone, and what you bought. This is processed by our e-commerce platform (Shopify) and our payment processors (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full credit-card number on our servers.
Account information. If you create an account, your email, order history, and any subscription preferences are stored with Shopify.
Marketing opt-ins. If you subscribe to our email list or SMS, that consent and your contact details are stored with Klaviyo. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send or by texting STOP.
Usage data. Pages visited, links clicked, rough region (city-level), device type, and referring URL. We use Google Analytics 4 and a first-party cookie to do this. If you visit from California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another state with a GPC signal, we respect your browser setting automatically.
Customer support. When you email us at hello@glowbite.us or similar, the message content is stored in our help-desk tool.
Why we collect it
To fulfill your orders. To answer your emails. To tell you when your pouch has shipped. To send you emails you've opted in to. To understand which pages of the site are useful and which aren't. That's the whole list.
We do not profile you, infer sensitive characteristics, or build advertising segments from your data. We do not serve retargeting ads across third-party websites.
How long we keep it
Order records: seven years (required by tax and consumer-protection law). Marketing contact records: until you unsubscribe, plus one business cycle. Analytics data: rolling 14 months. Support tickets: three years.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, the EU, the UK, and several other jurisdictions — you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or opt out of its sale or sharing. Email privacy@glowbite.us with the request and we'll confirm within 10 business days and fulfill within 30.
We will never charge you for exercising these rights, and we will never retaliate against you for doing so.
Children
Glowbite is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and we don't market to minors. If you believe a minor has shared data with us, email privacy@glowbite.us and we will delete it.
Security
We follow reasonable, industry-standard controls — encrypted transport (TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive fields, access controls, logging, and annual review of vendor security. No online service is perfectly secure, so we also keep the amount of data we hold as small as we can.
Changes to this policy
We'll update the “last updated” date below when we change anything. For material changes (new categories of data, new sharing), we'll email existing customers before the change takes effect.
